A committed engineer
As a young engineer in the late ’80s, I was working at IBM.
I was interested in getting involved in the governance of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, the OIQ — Region of Lanaudière.
A few years later, I joined the board of directors of the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec, the OEQ.

During the succession process at Emballages CARROUSEL, I accompanied Brigitte Jalbert, daughter of the company’s founding father, Denis Jalbert.
I facilitated the company’s strategic thinking process and led the annual Offsite workshops with the management team for the decade that followed.

ASSOCIATION OF CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL COACHES
2019-2020
SICPNL brings together certified professional coaches who have successfully completed 1000 hours of training/supervision in an accredited professional coaching path.
At the 2019 AGM, the Society’s members elect me to chair the Board of Directors. The directors entrust me with the mandate of general management.
In 2019-2020 — at the start of the pandemic — I steered the strategic planning process, brought out a Vision for the global Francophonie, increased membership to 250 certified coaches — spread across the American and European continents, as well as Reunion Island.
The development of an action plan, including the redesign of the website and the introduction of virtual coaching, ensured the long-term future of the company as it prepared to celebrate its 15th anniversary.
